Brent Bathurst

Brent joined Ennis, Pellum & Associates, CPAs in 2014 and returned in 2025 as a Tax Principal.

Brent has more than 11 years of experience in tax reporting, compliance, and advisory, gained through his work in public accounting and as an Assistant Vice President for a multinational investment bank. He provides tax planning and compliance services for businesses and individuals, including federal and multi-state taxation for S corporations, C corporations, partnerships, and LLCs across a variety of industries.

Brent specializes in partnership taxation, private equity, and M&A tax structuring and modeling. His background includes extensive experience advising clients on complex transactions, entity structuring, and multi-jurisdictional tax issues.

Brent is a former U.S. Army paratrooper and combat veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne Division. He continues to serve his community through the Rotary Club of Keystone Heights and as a teacher and leader of various Bible study groups.
